Problem solving session addressing the issues arising from interviews plus individual presentations on preferred models for reorganisation. Phase 3: Consultancy Report
Chief Executive presented with report and recommendations, set out as series of options. Organisational model chosen on the strength of report and further discussions. Phase 4: Support to Management Change
a) At three month intervals after the restructure, interviews with a cross-section of managers, collecting feedback on issues arising in implementation of reorganisation. Regular progress reports to the CEO or Managing Director. b) Inter-departmental workshops to improving communication and collaboration. c) Mentoring and coaching to support key staff in their transition to new roles. | |
