Counselling Skills for Managing Employee Stress

An in-company two-day highly practical course for managers and supervisors in managing employee stress, designed to underpin HSE management standards in tackling health and safety issues arising from work related stress.

A unique feature of the Chiltern Oak Programme is our use of a professional actor. As the introduction to all participants' practice sessions, participants watch live demonstrations of the particular technique as the facilitator counsels the actor.

Client feedback:

"A stimulating non-threatening learning environment. I found the course comprehensive and well structured. Despite the wide range of experience within the group you managed to meet the needs of all the delegates. Well done!"
